Refund & Return Policy

 

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

 

Returns are only accepted for Store Credit.

 

Due to the nature of these garments and to prevent "wear-and-return" misuse, we do not offer cash or credit card refunds. If your return meets the conditions below, you will receive store credit for the purchase price (less any return fees) to use on a future purchase.

 

Return Conditions & Requirements

 

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1. Original Tag Attached: The dress must be returned with the original hang-tag still securely attached. If the tag has been removed, the item is ineligible for a return, and no store credit will be issued.

  2. Condition: The dress must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of any odors (like perfume, smoke, or deodorant). It must be in the same pristine condition you received it.

  3. Return Window: You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Custom Orders: Any dress that was custom-made or altered to your specific measurements.

 

Return Fees & Process

 

  • Return Fee: A R50 handling and restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit amount for every returned item.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
