We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.
Returns are only accepted for Store Credit.
Due to the nature of these garments and to prevent "wear-and-return" misuse, we do not offer cash or credit card refunds. If your return meets the conditions below, you will receive store credit for the purchase price (less any return fees) to use on a future purchase.
Return Conditions & Requirements
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Original Tag Attached: The dress must be returned with the original hang-tag still securely attached. If the tag has been removed, the item is ineligible for a return, and no store credit will be issued.

Condition: The dress must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of any odors (like perfume, smoke, or deodorant). It must be in the same pristine condition you received it.

Return Window: You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

Custom Orders: Any dress that was custom-made or altered to your specific measurements.
Return Fees & Process

Return Fee: A R50 handling and restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit amount for every returned item.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
