Shipping Costs

 

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and must be paid upfront at the time of purchase. This ensures there are no unexpected charges upon delivery.

We primarily use PUDO (Pick Up Drop Off) or a similar reliable courier service. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout once you have entered your delivery details.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: While fees are calculated dynamically, please note that a standard dress shipment typically costs around R100 but may vary based on the package size (Small, Large, or Extra-Large).

 

Delivery Timeframes

 

Our delivery timeframes depend on the type of dress you order:

 

1. In-Stock Items

 

  • Processing Time: Orders for in-stock dresses are processed and shipped manually within 2-3 business days of receiving your payment.

  • Delivery: Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

 

2. Pre-Orders and Custom Orders

 

  • Lead Time: Because all pre-orders and custom dresses are made-to-order, please allow an estimated lead time of up to six (6) weeks for production before your item is ready to ship.

  • Shipping: Once complete, shipping will take an additional 2-5 business days.

 

Priority / Rush Shipping

 

If you need your dress sooner than the standard lead time, a rush shipping and production option may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us directly before placing your order to check availability and obtain a quote.
